We have also partnered with The Orthotic Group to bring you a high quality, reasonably priced line of custom orthotics, compression stockings, and accompanying footwear.

Check with your benefit provider for coverage amount and any conditions for payment. Insurance is paid indirectly. You must pay for your visit up-front and apply to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
We accept cash, cheque, debit, VISA and Mastercard.
Payment is due when services are rendered.
